Ms. Hirani’ graduation was marketing an advertising. After that, she planned to get marriage with her husband and move from India to China. In order to give herself a stronger base, she pursued her masters in computer science as major.

Back to the time, Ms. Hirani realized that people expected less on female student in the field of CS. Luckly, she had a venerable teacher. She encouraged Ms. Hirani to keep learning computer science and motivated her to become a teacher.

When she was a freshman, Ms. Hirani conducted some surveys and figured out that In her country, there was a mindset that only boys would take computer science as their major. In order to encourage girls to involve in computer science, she teamed up with her classmates and founded a workshop. They used javascript and HDML to built webpages and games, and helped girls to develop their interest in CS.

When Ms. Hirani was still in India, she realized the importance of learning due to the difficulty of employment. The critical thinking and logical thinking she gained from her studies helped her in all her future endeavors. As a woman with a family, Ms. Hirani believes that the biggest challenge she currently encounters is balancing family and career. She has a son. When she is off duty, her role is that of a mother as well as a homemaker. In her busy life, she tries to be more productive, and Ms. Hirani mentions that she often gets back to her work after her family goes to sleep. For this reason, she often has only three to four hours of sleep. When there are extra events at home or a lot of work, Ms. Hirani has trouble managing her time. She believes it is significant to recognize what is most important in the moment. She is satisfied with her life now because she has a strong ability to plan for the future. She tends to plan everything in an organized way a month in advance. This is her strategy to balance life and work.

Ms. Hirani says most men need to focus only on their work life, while women need to focus on both family and work. She is very focused on healthy family relationships and the development of her children. Her husband occasionally helps her with family matters, but for Ms. Hirani, it is her responsibility to take care of her family and she has to do it. But when you get over it all, there is a great sense of satisfaction.

Ms. Hirani says that many women feel they will not do as well as men in STEM fields, oppressed by society's long-standing stereotypes. But in her years of study and teaching, she has seen that women and men show the same logical thinking skills in STEM fields. Gender does not affect one's pursuit of knowledge.

Finally, Miss Hirani would like to say to all the girls reading this article, please remember that women are always stronger than men, ALWAYS. there is a lot of strength in women's patience as well as love. Always remember that you have unlimited possibilities.
